A Look Back at Our June Team Meeting
Real growth takes intention and a shared commitment to building something meaningful. That mindset guided our recent 1.5-day strategic planning session, where our team came together to reflect, connect, and look ahead with clarity and purpose
We kicked things off with a team dinner the night before, setting the tone for the days ahead with laughs and good food. As a remote team, chances to gather in person are rare, and for some of us, it was the first time meeting teammates face-to-face. It was the perfect way to ease into two days of meaningful conversation and forward momentum.
During the sessions, we tackled a range of topics, from the state of the company to future-focused initiatives. A few standout moments included:
- An assessment of where we stand today, and the strategic moves we’re planning to better serve our clients tomorrow
- In-depth discussions on how AI can unlock both creative and operational efficiencies, allowing us to work smarter and deliver faster
- Energized brainstorms around new growth opportunities, including innovative ways to help our clients achieve their goals
- Cross-team collaboration that sparked fresh thinking, stronger connections, and ideas we’re already putting into action
And yes, a few of our travelers even squeezed in a bonus dinner at 600 French–because great work deserves a great meal.
Events like this aren’t just a time for reflection; they’re a reminder of the power of collaboration, the value of transparency, and the energy that comes from a shared mission. We left feeling inspired and ready to put our action items into motion.
